I'm betting the beta will come out on the period between August 13th to August 20th. When in doubt, shoot for the widest margin (and the reasoning behind releasing beta during or after BlizzCon strikes me as somewhat questionable).

I increase my wager to include 50 bucks on @BlizzCon. It's even money, but a safe bet...maybe.

I bet over 9000 internets its will be after blizzcon... somehow I get the feeling that theyll show off battle net at blizzcon, then will release the beta at the tail end of August. Gotta keep expectations low.
