To be honest, I've never understood the rivalry - localized racism is even more bizarre than on a global scale. I like Edmonton because I'm from here, it feels like home. Like an old lover, I know all of its secrets. Calgary doesn't have enough arts from what I've seen, and the urban sprawl kind of makes my stomach turn, but I don't have a personal beef with it - some of my best friends are from Calgary (no, really!)

I hate Calgary.
But I hate Edmonton more.
