How did I explain that? Humanity was needed for the Reapers in a sense, given their genetic variability. I never got the sense that they were a threat to them and technically speaking, they shouldn't be (turians have a stronger military for instance). And the Reapers' modus operandi is like you said, chaos, based on misinformation. Taking out one planet at one time isn't going to do that-it's going to alert everyone to their presence. Could be they're going for one planet at a time, but then how would Earth stand up to them for any length of time?

Meh, I'm probably overanalyzing.

Um, are we even reading the same things? I know how the Reapers attack, I've stated how the Reapers attack, and that knowledge makes an all out concentrated attack on Earth strange in that a) they have the numbers to spread theirselves out and isolate multiple star systems, picking them off at will and b)with those numbers concentrated, no planet should be able to hold out for long.

As for Harbinger, I didn't get the vibe of any of his words implying that humans are special.

As for opinion and bias, maybe they're the same thing. As for endings...well, nothing wrong with it, but it doesn't help that Bioware leaves it open, then sem-confirms saving the base as seemingly the canonical choice, yet still insists that there's no canon in the series. In the realm of opinion/bias, I'm not against choice in games, but I'd prefer there still to be a core story or a distinct confirmation of what the true story is. Bioware seems to be alternating in its approaches.

black ops has nothing new, only bugs from what I heard about the pc version
while Bad Company 2 has vehicles, huge maps, skill in use, not just mindless shooting, objectives, team based game
with going single you won't achive anything while black ops is for neo-kids who think for themselfs
