    I've always been a little skeptical about people yelling MORAUDERS R SO OP!!!11!!!

    They are beatable with the right combination of units, I think, but this replay clearly shows it: Huk had by far the better micro, he had a much more balanced unitcombo, all excrement did was spam Marauders and one or two Ghosts later on, and he still won. He didn't even use EMP that much.

    The only thing that might have worked in Huk's favour would've been throwing some Immortals in the mix, but then you need six rines and all the Immortals are gone (exaggerating but still).

    It pains me to see that the simple spamming of one kind of unit with the most basic micro ever (he runs away from storms and uses one or two EMP's, woo!) can win a game. Later on he didn't even use frikkin' Vikings!

    This shouldn't be SC2. I'm a terran lover, but this is too much. Maybe if Marauders had 100 hp instead of 125 it would be a better deal – I don't know, not a game balancer so I can't say. But something has to be done.

    dude I just fast tech or fe with early T's eco agression (1gate zealot push), that one gate zealot is great as you either force t go pure marines or pure marauders, meanwhile after the 4th zealot I should have stargate tech
    Void Rays is the shit against fags that spam marauders
    call me cheesy, but I call people who make marauders fucking cheesy noobs and I laugh at them when I win
    terrans are no brainers

    in all honesty I never understand why people play by bulids made by "pros" which are as pro as I am... 4 gate, mass stalkers, colossi tech whatever; it's all for nothing when I go for DT/Phoenix/Obs combo or other unusuall tech

    I agree, marauders are op, they always were, blizzard thinks that marines are the problem, yet they are not
    why the hell concussive shots? or stim to marauders? for pussies who think that they are pro by steam rolling? that is just as lame as can rushes


    when I see marauders I just freaking rage, because of the design, because of the balance, because terrans abuse them

    wait wait, he went Colossi? vs terran? that is fail when you see a medivac on the battle... only templars vs terran, 1+ weapon... after 12 minutes... Huk is a progamer right? ugh

    instead of making a robo he could make a stargate

    Yesterday I watched that replay, and I raged, this video clearly shows how "kiting" with Marauders is OP, they should have less speed during the stim, and have less HP (Its a freaking infantry unit), or just remove that damn stim for the Marauder, and the "slow down" ability from the marauder should be for the Hellion.

    huk was outplayed, nothing more. Watch some of the latest GSL matches, there are ways to deal with Marauders which huk doesn't touch on.

    Positioning is everything though to deal with MMM. Forcefields, zealots and terrain. I will admit that i haven't watched the video i jumped forward here and there. I saw one point where huk was at his tight choke at the main and warped in a lot of zealots....not exactly the right unit mix there. Low on sentries and stalkers. Zealots with charge do better in opens areas with forcefields to prevent retreat. So i wouldn't say perfect unit mix for Huk.

    I agree marauders are really strong. Not completely OP though since you can deal with them. The moment i see a lot of marauders i just get a lot more sentries and zealots with a dash of stalkers. Tech to templar. Just my personal way to deal with them. Marauders should be nerfed but they're not completely broken.

    Marauders do well against colossus too. Can survive longer and can snipe them. Just nerfing marauder movement speed while stimmed would help a whole lot. So i don't fully agree that huk had the best unit mix to deal with all the marauders. And if you want to talk about using only a basic unit to win games....Boxer/Foxer/MarineKingPrime.

    The one thing I find incredibly annoying with Marauders is their 6 range attack.

    Hydralisks start at 5, yet Marauders start at 6 AND slow units.

    The unit is obviously overpowered by design.

    the moment i see mass marauders i just go for either 1star void ray or 2star void ray, tranistion to phonixes if he goes vikings with void ray support

    switching tech isn't hard or resource heavy, its all about timing
