Alex... it's a nice alternative, but it's past time that a main character dies. There has not been a serious death since Tassadar, and apparantly he didn't die anyway.

Or i could just jump in, and read from where i post considering you're the only one that has a problem with my OPINION...oh wait i dont care that you do. ANd wow look at that, im not the only one not convinced by it and notice potential plot fails.

I actually expected Kerrigan to die at the end of HotS...Though I thought they might end it this way and have Kerrigan turn back into her Zerg form...Not that they haven't given that out before anyway. It's basically in the expansion's story description, even if it is vague. Plus, it was the only way it was going to make sense to have Kerrigan in HotS leading Zerg. Zerg leader has to be a Zerg.
TBH the only main character I expected to live through SC2's trilogy was Raynor...And perhaps Artanis. I always expected Zeratul to die a hero's death and Kerrigan to die and for it to be anti-climactic as she had started to change.
Kudos to Arkceangel for the Terran avatar and sig!

I find it quite retarded that she's infested again. Why all the deinfestation/reinfestation? She was Human, then Zerg, then quite Human, then Zerg again. WTF? Couldn't they find a better way to turn the character non-evil?

Because Blizzard did not have a singular vision as to how this story was supposed to turn out in the first place. I'm afraid it's one ass-pull after the other from now on.I find it quite retarded that she's infested again. Why all the deinfestation/reinfestation? She was Human, then Zerg, then quite Human, then Zerg again. WTF? Couldn't they find a better way to turn the character non-evil?
Yes, that's right! That is indeed ME on the right.

It's pretty clear the writing staff doesn't know wtf they're doing and it's all just being made up by an extremely talented art department and CG deparment.
Considering all action shots and all expression shots are done through art / CG, and how CRAPPY the story is. There is really no one else to blame.

Um, by the by, I don't know if anyone's figured this out yet, but when Raynor tells Mengsk "Change in Plans" and saves Kerrigan, that's a complete rip off of 'The Ghost and the Darkness' when Michael Douglas saves Val Kilmer.![]()

At first I didn't believe it was real, but looks like it is.
Unfortunetly I don't think that Blizzard has enough time to make an entirely new cinematic.
It takes a lot of time (and resources) to make those cinematics - and I bet that the this cinematic (in it's final version) is currently nearly complete.
The best they can do is probably just alter the dialog and some of actions.
But I doubt we'll get an entirely different cinematic. I hope they'll prove me wrong...
I don't remember anything like that. Can you post a link to that cinematic or something?

This cinematic would actually look pretty sick IMO, fully pre-rendered, what with Kerrigan flying super saiyan style though the Viking. But I doubt we'll get an entirely different cinematic. I hope they'll prove me wrong...
It's just the story that isn't good.
