Large Glow in Protoss UI?

Does anybody know what this blue glow above my UI is? I didn't have this on low settings, and I find it annoying. How can I get rid of it?

Can somebody who plays on ultra and doesn't have this post their variables.txt file for me, which is in documents/starcraft 2/

It'd be good to know that it's not a problem w/ my settings.

That's funny. I never realized the UI was so ugly. I play on low, however.

Hmmm.... I might go on now and take a look.

If mine isn't glowing that much, I will post a screenshot of both the UI and my Settings.

If it is glowing that much on mine, I must not have noticed it LOL


EDIT: WOW it is like that! Perhaps adjust the settings of your monitor?

Hey Gradius, I haven't looked into it too much, but Archer sent me your DXDiag and such... Video card drivers look fine, but have you tried changing your video settings? How about running in Windowed mode? Any differences?

Gradius it might be some patch which adjusted art.

You may fix it manually though...

Unpack, look for UI interface, probably either an animation or a Blizzard image that may look shorter (several are clustered up to make lines and basic UI functions). Modify. Pack again...

I have this problem. It's only for maps that are of Auir type tileset. I play on extreme 1.2.0
