    Oh of course it's POSSIBLE. Just like getting missile turrets is possible before a Dark Templar rush. Starport just seems right to me.

    Yeah, it feels very WCish to me. MULES are fine, for offensive stuff I don't like having timed life, also mainly because as you mentioned, auto-turrets don't move.
    Hallucinations and broodlings had timed life too, though.

    So broodlings, infested marines, MULEs, changelings, mantalings, anything that's summoned by an ability needs a timed life. But buildings don't need supply, I guess because they're stationary. So auto-turret doesn't, I don't think.

    In part I think they're just trying to make the races too alike in too many cases, for the sake of balance. (Oh Raven summons stuff, so it should be like the Infestor that summons stuff, they should both be timed.)

    I'm not sure... Immotal can not attack air anymore? that's what I've heard...
    At no point were Immortals able to attack air.

    W... w... wait a sec... where was that stated? I thought Immortals were the new Dragoons but now it seems like Stalkers are the only ones that "replace" the old Dragoons? I'm not well informed... heck!

    It was never stated, because they could never attack air.

    Stalkers and Immortals share the roles of the old Dragoon, the stalker is the Protoss' basic ranged unit. The Immortal is the Dragoon's replacement in that it's sturdy and powerful. But the stalker is more agile and more of a generalist. (Though why they completely got rid of it's armored bonus, I'll never know...)

    But yeah, I just think Nuke at Starport makes a bit more logistical sense, it has less to do with the power of the Nuke and more to do with an escalation in power thing. I mean teching to a Starport before your opponent gets detection can be done.
    Last I heard, while you can get nuke with factory, you can't get cloak until the starport's tech lab. I guess it would be possible to drop a nuke without cloak, but very difficult.

    Unless Nukes don't announce that they're being dropped anymore and instead just state that your base is under attack (which I doubt but some members here said they've played the game and that's what happens).

    Then all you would need to do it attack with a force on some other part of the map at your enemy's base while dropping a nuke.

    making your hand go to the far end of the earth to press P is annoying in broodwar. zerg have D and terrans have S conveniently on the left side of the keyboard where most other major hotkeys are...protoss should be same.

    I'm hoping blizzard allows custom hot keys.

    You misunderstood the comment, he was saying that you should research the
    Hardened Shield upgrade for the immortal, for them to be effective,and was not suggesting anything.

    You do know that immortals start without the Hardened Shield, and you have to research it first?
