Except that they have several times in WoW. There was a bug that let people get multiple treats during a halloween event in WoW, people caught exploiting it were suspended. Several top guilds exploited bugs in the game during an encounter and received a suspension. A group of mages learned a way to solo a raid instance using the tools given to them, they were suspended.
They didnt do it for BW I dont think, but their recent changes and what is at stake for SC2 might make them suspend people doing this on the ladder, particularly because it can be abused and is game changing. This isnt floating a drone here.

I would not use it against a live player. Such things do not constitute fair play, imho. I'm not seeing it used, btw.
