    Default Desert Strike Clan

    Hey everyone,
I want to create a clan that only concentrate in playing high level games, discussing strategies and testing new ones and even play in tournements eventually for that awesome game, Desert strike in Sc2. I really want that when you log in to Sc2 youll always have at least 2 friends that are available to play with you. No more public game when you end up losing because one person doesn't want to listen to the tips of his teammates. We all know that Desert strike is so much fun when all the teammates work together. The clan is open to EVERYONE that which to improve and have a lot of fun doing Ds games.
My game name is Rex 421 and here's my email julien116@gmail.com for the application form and if you have any questions.

    Here's the application form :

    Username:
    Age:
    Player ID:
    Race:
    Win/Lose ratio:
    Exp:

    Do you have a mic:
    Do you have Ventrilo:
What time zone are you from?
What times do you usually play?
Are you interested in tournament play?

haha. can i ask a few questions?

wh does age matter? - i guess becasue you dont want 12 year olds? (Unless they are super-skilled? i dunno maybe you have other reasons. - I'm 19. - 20 in April.

W/L? is that Wings of Liberty? (probably not but its a logical guess..)

Do i have Vent........ what?? Vent as in "Air Vent" - that kind of Vent? nvm...

All the other questions make perfect sense to me. :P

I can't say i've played Ds on SC/WC3/SC2.. i played the arcade version a LONG LONG time ago.. I dunno if they are related or not. But i am a team player. and a quick learner. but i dunno if you want noobs.. :/ - just being honest here.

Other than that... thanks for the thread. very interesting for me. and good luck with CLAN DS.

yeah.. hes talking about a custom map..

if you dont "have vent" you mgit not know what that even means.

vent is short for ventrilo; a voice-chat software.
I am an enthusiast of good strategy games, sc2Esports and rollplay, although i dont really play anything atm.
I work an internship at a government agency this fall, and have a good time at it.
I'm being more social, active and honest lately. in all forums.

    Username: DeckardLee.148
    Age: 21

    Player ID: DeckardLee
    Race: Random
W/L: Pretty horrible, but that's because I get bored and screw around a lot of games. I rarely lose without chosing to (most opponents are noobs) and that's why I get bored.
    Exp: 50+ for each race
Do you have a mic: Yes, but I don't use it unless I'm in the mood.
Do you have Vent : I can get it.
What time zone are you from? EST
What times do you usually play? 6-10 PM
Are you interested in tournament play? Yes

    Rest In Peace, Old Friend.

Age doesnt really matter, Im just curious to know thats all. Funny story, I have played couple of games with my 8 year old nephew and he was really good
People with no experience at all (noob I dont like that term hehe ) are WELCOME to the clan. With some coaching from experimented players it wont take you long before you understand how to be good in this game. Everybody can master Desert Strike, it doesnt require crazy APM or anything like that but you gotta use your head and learn about good army composition and good counters etc. One of the goal of this clan is to bring more people to a higher level at Desert strike so games become more and more exciting and eventually organise some tournaments.
