New Bioware Game Teaser

The quality of the graphics says to me its not in-game footage but another pre-rendered cinematic like the Deceived and Hope trailers for SWTOR. Some people think its ME3, starting the rifle looks like the ME2 Incisor, but I'm not so sure. From the landscape you see through the broken window there's a lot of debris on a sort of road, with a large wall and fence nearby.

I personally doubt it's Mass Effect 3. The trailer showcases ME2 and DA2 for starters, so it seems...redundant for the "next big game" to be showcased alongside a potential prequel (in that ME2 came first, not so much in story). Coupled with the armour, rifle and setting...yeah, I think it's a new IP. Maybe even a FPS. Bioware's focussed on RPG's through time, so maybe they want to try a new genre?

I hope it won't be another modern/slightly in the future FPS though. I'm getting bored of those.

I'll be surprised if it is Mass Effect 3, but I will point out the armor seen on the soldier is strikingly similar to Mass Effect 1 design. Kinda like a black wetsuit with pads at strategic locations and a ringed neck. They might just have the same art director though... Anyway, it seems redundant for Bioware to do any kind of semi-futuristic shooter before Mass Effect trilogy is done.
