    Even if it sucks we'll all buy it.
    I wont. There are other ways to play the game - for the, hopefully much better, story line. I'll buy the 3rd one, Legacy of the Void (or whatever), to be able to play MP when all this is said and done, and hopefully by then the game will be a good one.

    I would add good dialogue. Some lines in WoL are *bad*, no other description would fit. SC1 has epic dialogue. Whoever is going to write the story needs to play it, or at least read a transcription of what was said.

    If it has branching missions, make them mean something along the game, not just play a different cinematic, and give you a different unit. You could have a different character join you, or at the very least modify some dialogues/options at different points in the game.

    Story needs to be told much better, if it's to reach SC1 standards. And i mean vainilla, BW didn't reach it's predecessor.

    Agreed. I'm pretty much fine with multiplayer.

    If they make the story better than WoL, I'll buy. Unfortunately, you have to buy the game in order to know the story. :/

    I'd like to see...

    Mothership made useful
    More tilesets
    No more than 1 unit per race (even this is pushing it but it seems like people expect it)
    No more choices in the campaign: hidden missions are fine.
    Interesting new spells
    I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.

    Not quite. Some people actually finished WoL before i buyed my copy. And i buyed it the first day.
    You run the risk of seeing a spoiler, but you can probably check how is it going if you wait a day or two. Hell, i surely will wait.

    Since i don't see them making huge modifications in MP (it's unrealistic to expect many new units, because there's still another expansion in the future), i hope they work heavily in SP to make it worthwhile. They could make other types of modifications to MP, however, like modifiable terrain, say, a force-field bridge, or wall.

    I surely hope that all modifications to battle.net are patched into all versions. It would be silly to need an expansion to get something that should had been included in the original game, anyways.

    Legacy of the Void Ray? Voidrays aren't interesting, the model is but the unit itself I find incredibly boring. They need to be tweaked or changed to be interesting. Most of my 2v2 games is my ally defends, I harass and then VOIDRAY BOMB GG WE WIN.
