If Blizzard can afford to make a full-length movie using their own Cinematics department, I'd saw off my left foot to go see it. That would be amazing beyond belief. But it won't sell well and would cost a fuckton of money, not to mention it'll take 5 years+ to make.

Josh Holloway seems to have the look and voice down. I'm not sure if he's the world's greatest actor. How about Jeremy Renner, from The Hurt Locker? If he can pull off a slight southern accent, he has the intensity and acting chops to pull it off.

For Mengsk, the perfect choice would be Brian Cox 10-15 years ago (the bad guy, William Stryker, from X-men 2). He has Mengsk's voice, and he has enough hamminess in his acting style.

And Milla Jovovitch is not a good actress, though she does look like Kerrigan. I don't know who would work for her...

But it'd be interesting if Blizz made a full-length movie of Starcraft, whether it be CG or live-action etc. But usually I'm against making movies from the stories that are originally told in games. But who knows...

I want to see an entire 2 set trilogy of CGI goodness retelling the story from SC1 to the end of BW.

Of course, the chances of me winning the lottery are higher, but I can dream!

Although I can see a problem with portraying the player as a character, unless they follow the retcons like changing the Magistrate into Mr. Liberty which will just make me puke.
