    Now THIS I support. I'm sick of happy endings. Show me some realism. History is written by the winners, and the winners are usually just as corrupt as the "bad guys."

    I too support a sad ending for all races besides protoss - these guys have gotten shafted on too many occasions.

    I agree. But unfortunately, after seeing how cheesy WoL was (Raynor's speech that was somehow broadcasted over the radio? So lame), I kinda doubt there's going to be a sad ending. There might be a mysterious ending that implies it's not over, but that's also a hack move imo unless really really well done.

    I too support an extremely sad ending, in fact if 50% of the characters were to get slaughtered it would be brilliant and NO coming back.

    Though I've fallen out with the Blizzard Lore team over this game, I will say, and this goes double if they went in the direction I was hopping for, I support a 'fitting' ending.

    Doesn't mean that the bad guys win, but it doesn't mean that the good guys come out unscathed, everyone loses something.

    Except for the Protoss, God damn it, they've been raped enough!!

    It can be a sad ending but I don't want it to end like BW. I want the good guys to win but most of them dying in the process. That way it's gonna be as sad as it is happy. I think this is what they were aiming for anyways.

    Agreed Sandwich_Bird, BW was just brutal, especially having to wait all these years for the continuation (though arguably, that may not have been a good thing).
    I want an ending that leaves you both happy and sad, just leaves you nodding your head, 'yeah, that's how it should be..."

    This. I thought that since SC2 Galaxy editor was capable of converting SC1 maps, the Starcraft: Reborn project would have been already moving.
    But it seems not all the classic units are in the editor as they promised.(Q&A Batch 9) Hopefuly all the SC1 units and buildigs will be there if not in HotS at least by LotV.
