Is there a name change thread here yet. Would like to change my name to the proper name that i need to be to reflect my battle.net ID?

I believe that due to a coding error, this forum is actually unable to service name changes.

Of course it can you just need to edit the database directly. I'm sure someone here knows how to, it's not hard at all.

That'd be awesome. I regret my nearsightedness in creating such a generic name thinking I wouldn't make more than a few posts

We don't allow name changes at the moment because of our user-bridge between vbulletin & front page software.

If you want a name change you can just create a new account - post count isn't tracked. Just send a message to an admin to delete your old account.
