Nice to hear it from the pros. We will see how things will turn out, but I kinda agree with them, not on all aspects though.

I like Cool even more after he said this:
Though I don't play Protoss, it was somewhat disappointing to see nothing on improving PvT, where Terrans seem to have an advantage.

Actually, I said the exact same thing a long time ago. It's not that they need a buff to attack at all, but they die way too easily. They're too much of a heavy investment in regards to both resources and tech, yet they are the only tier 3 unit aside from Collosi that can be killed in a matter of seconds by two+ vikings or any other anti-air unit. Also, considering the necessity of queens and other tier 1/2 structures for zerg, it's even harder to tech to brood lords without getting stomped than it is for a toss player to get collosi, so the difference is still noticeable.
Not to mention, they have to be morphed from corruptors, thus requiring a transitional period in which all your units are useless and a unit (i.e. corruptors) you may not even want, especially because they're much more pidgeon-holed than mutalisks or any other unit that can attack more than just air.

i agree with most of their comments, esp the one about Not coming up with conclusions before the patch actually comes out. Soooooo many players complaint about no rax before depot and while i can see why, it honestly only stops cheese plays where you proxy barracks rush, in every other build ur depot comes first all the time anyways.

It's true people should stop overanalyzing, but some things are obvious...
If Zerg knows that there's 0 chances that the T is coming at him with a 9/10rax reaper, that makes more econ oriented builds much safer and affects the whole matchup.
Now that's an immediate impact of the change. Whether it's a positive impact or not has yet to be seen.
So no, rax before depot isn't only "cheese" play. It's a valid early pressure into transition gameplan.

People were complaining Terran had too many early game options, and that led to much difficulty for Zerg in dealing with the myriad of ways a Terran player could kill them in the first few minutes.
Terran still has plenty of options, they simply have fewer in the very early nearly-impossible-to-scout parts of the game.

I think that these patch notes are definitely the way to go.
Definitely. Even though numbers say that Protoss wins more in PvT's, i definitely agree that Terrans some things ( Marauders + concussive, EMPs ) that gives them an advantage, that might not be game breaking, but definitely a tiny bit overpowered vs Protoss.
As for the supply depot before barracks change, I'm not sure how it effects the whole race. From what i read, alot of BO's include a barracks before depot, but since i don't know shit about the race, I don't think that i can have a valid opinion on the change. In PvT, i didn't see an early barracks as a problem, but from what i hear it's a whole other case in TvZ.
I definitely like the change to roach range. I don't see them often in PvZ, and i definitely think that this will make them alot more viable early/midgame.

I think you misunderstood.
He said that Brood Lords are dying too fast, and I agree with him. Since Ultras got buffed, how many times did you see Brood Lords used in late game instead of Ultras? I can say once every 15-20 games.
For tier 3 unit, that is only AtG unit, I think they should have a little bit more of hp, especially since they are slower than Overlords with speed. They cost as much as Carriers and Battle Cruisers, and still got ~200-300 less Hp.

I agree with most of their comments.
I think there is no problem with Broodlord they die fast because of Viking's super range, with regards to PvT winning rate most of this wins are from Cannon rushes or Voidray rushes since this are common in lower leagues.
