Does Chrono Boost work on Photon Cannons?

OH MAN IF I COULD"STIM" the collossus to attack faster that would be insane XD imagine a carrier or mothership...they hit alot as it is but with 50% faster rate of attack oh my gosh thats just so much damage!

Well.... for one thing the colossi won't work, if u try to recode the attack speed the beam scan will take atleast about .8 second to finish, even if u code the attack speed to 0.01 (lowest value) so colossi due to the beam scan will not nearly be effective with chrono boost due to their "haste cap" (lol WoW vocab kicking in (ex-WoW player))

But carriers and motherships oh my....
