You are forgetting that the Libyans greatest strength is the fact that their trucks have nuclear warheads strapped to their flatbeds. So, in order to keep the sharks, you swap out the lasers for Nukes strapped to their heads, which of course would not counter immortals, but then again what can? They earned that name.

So anyway, to point it all out- the Immortal can’t be overpowered in either TvsP or ZvsP as Terran have the EMP which is a hard counter and Zerg units don’t do high levels of damage. So the only problem would be PvsP? I’m tired so I’m proberly wrong- just attempting to get this back on track.

In PvP the Void Ray will slaughter Immortals. Void Rays attack at a fast speed, and increase their damage by 8 times in just 4 seconds, that once the shield is gone Immortals will melt.
