"Connect" grayed out?

When I start up SCII, for some reason I can't click the "connect" button.

I can log on as a guest, but even when I type in my username, hitting enter or trying to click the connect button does nothing. Has this happened to anyone, and how can I resolve this issue?

I don't even have a button labeled "Connect".

I have "Log In" and "Enter".

Do you have yours set to remember your account name?

Because I seem to remember entering in the account name, hitting connect, then typing in the password, hitting log in, then a screen that comes up with your picture and your name that says enter, correct?

I ran into that problem when I just reinstalled StarCraft II, and it turned out you need to put in your email address, not your character name.

Also, I got new RAM and the campaign no longer crashes for me. Wahoo! Playing it again!

Make sure you are using your battle.net email address and not your character name.
