    You misunderstand.

I'm not saying they port WoW to a SC2 Server. I'm saying its not entirely out of the realm of possibility that someone clones WoW using the SC2 engine, names it something else other than WoW, like Universe of Demonslaying, and everyone who plays WoW gets the exact same experience for free by playing "WoW" on SC2.

WoW isn't only popular because of its gameplay. Recreating the atmosphere may be possible, but you don't have the open world, the social interaction or the cumulative progress of the MMO. SC2 RPGs are usually something you can play for an hour or two and be done with.

If the level grind style gameplay is what you're talking about, then you don't even need the pretty graphics. Just play Monsters Den

Really impressive. It makes me curious if Blizzard's planning on putting in some unique custom maps for side missions in HoTS. I think it'd be interesting if there were side quests that had one-off break away from the RTS model. Like a mission with ONLY Kerrigan that follows her around TPS, since her primary Melee attack interface wouldn't really change the "control the hero mission" gameplay all that much.

I was replying to what I thought your message was about with a fecetious answer. ^_^

But now that I know what you were trying to say, that's be a really interesting conundrum.
