Default Win7 and Asus/AMD Chipset Drivers

    G'Day,

I've just installed Win7 Pro and I am trying to install the Chipset Drivers for my Asus M2A-VM Motherboard. I have downloaded the Chipset Driver AMD_Chipset_V13049_Win7 but when I start one of the installation programs I get some Catalyst Install Manager come up and attempt to install. No sign of Chipset Drivers. After it installs and I click on the icon again I get the same window coming up.

Is there a way to hunt down the correct drivers within the downloaded folder or get it to work? I have tried all the exe files in the base folder. Or should I just leave it and run with the default win7 drivers?
When I run Windows update it does not mention that I need to download chipset drivers at all.

    Specs:
    Win7 Pro
    Asus M2A-VM
    Asus 4670 512MB
    Athlon 6000+

You were installing ATI drivers. Get the drivers from Asus's website, if you didn't. I've never installed AMD chipsets so maybe they use Catalyst for their mobo drivers too.

    Rest In Peace, Old Friend.
