I beat all missions on brutal, yet with the first playthrough I finished 10 on brutal and after that I started a new campaign on normal and replayed the rest of 19 missions on brutal that I didn't finish on that difficulty

It's your fault. I played all campaign on brutal without switching the difficulty and got this achivement just before the "All In". I think it's not bug because when I left campaign with achivement of 20 brutal missions the counter of missions was on zero.

I played through on Normal the first time, then replayed it on Hard. Gonna try Brutal eventually.

Hard first time, then Brutal. Finished it all except for all the achievements.

I played it on hard, but beat All-In on brutal. Since All-in was the hardest mission in the game, I feel like I played the entire campaign on brutal, only didn't waste my time actually doing it. :P

Call me a casual. I started on hard, it was taking too long, so I switched back to the easy mode in order to get the story done.

Once I get some more MP under my belt I'll be moving on to Hard/Brutal. That's pretty much how I play every game. Enjoy it on easiest, challenge myself on hardest...if the game warrants a second play-through.

Yeah I totally understand that. I played it through on normal difficulty and rushed through (not bothering with achievements or anything) on my first guest pass. I just wanted the story. Ironically I ended up getting a speed achievement, which was funny.
My second playthrough was much more meticulous though.

Haha that would kill me to be unconsistent^^
I'm in the process of methodically finishing the game in Normal without using any credits and making adequately labeled saves all along the way, getting all achievements in normal and scouting the whole map, killing every single last opponent when possible, etc... all so that I don't miss a thing. Later down the road I'll come back and get the achievements in Hard, and then get the kerrigan portrait.
