All the above is irrelevant. Hammy's words clearly imply that when a game is not a good game then 'GG' should not be said according to him.

@Hammy: You crack me up, boy. Let's say I did misunderstand which I clearly didn't. You've misunderstood and caused unnecessary arguments so many times that you can't be anything but a hypocrite to try to call me out on not understanding.
I'm going back into IDGAF mode so I'll leave again.
@RoadKillDeer: Ummmmmmmmm, how many times have you misunderstood now? Thrice is it? Don't be a hypocrite like Hammy.
Good day, sirs.
Rest In Peace, Old Friend.

Ah, I see where we are going wrong. You need glasses! At least, thats the only way I can see somebody not being able to understand what Hammy wrote and is able to tell me that I misunderstood something when clearly everybody in this thread apparently misunderstands you.
Or were you trying to be clever by changing my name?
EDIT: The post below this one is kind of depressing =[

More people agreed with me in this topic than disagreed with me. Other than that, just about everyone on the internet loves me. In real life, I've always been a popular guy.
I hope to God that was just a desperation roll.
@RoadKillDeer: Hammy said "The rude (offensive) GGer deserved what he got because he said GG ahead of time and WHEN IT WAS NOT AN ACTUAL GOOD GAME. The rest is irrelevant. The capitals matter. There are many factors here and you're treating them as if they're one which is obviously wrong. Hammy words taken in the proper contest clearly show that it actually being a good game is a factor to him. There's no other way to interpret it.

You ignore more than half of this single statement and tunnel vision on a single part to come to the conclusion that you only say GG under certain circumstances. I believe there is some kind of logical fallacy at play there.
Also, yes there are factors in the winner saying GG first. I think tons of people have agreed upon that in this thread. If it truly is a good close game that came down to the wire (possibly several times) then a gg from the winner may be warranted. It is at this time when it is not simple etiquette or rudeness, but a heartfelt praise of the opponent in an actual good game. The number of times that this happens, even under the matchmaking system, are rare which is why in 90%+ of the cases it is rude to gg first. I am pretty sure this has been said before though, so hopefully this rewording is more clear!

It's like you're trying to prove my point.
Here's the conditions that Hammy has set for a GG to be appropriate:
1) It must come after a GG from the loser.
2) It must have been an actual good game.
THERE IS NO OTHER INTERPRETATION.
