I think it's because he is everywhere I look at SC database-like forums
it really annoys me, add to that he poped-out from nowhere (at least I didn't know him before beta) and he is always on the first page of youtube videos
it's like Biber-class pop star

He didn't pop out of nowhere at all, and he's putting tremendous effort into everything he does for the community (and he's done/doing a lot).

He was doing a lot of stuff for BW a bit before SC2 came out, and was active on teamliquid. But, yea he rose to stardom fairly quickly when the SC2 beta started. Hes not some nobody though, and he does provide good commentary and analyzed gameplay. You really should check him out before you say you dont like him (though he probably isnt for everybody, so you might still not like him lol).

I never see his videos on the front page of youtube though, maybe its just because of the types of videos you watch.

I haven't been watching this guy... lack of free time. But doing a quick run-through of a few random videos, I don't really care for this guy. I'm sorry, but he does have way too much time on his hands. And I don't want to come off as a hater, it's not just him, it's everyone on youtube who feels the need to document everything in video form that gets to me.

A 1 hour daily cast M-F (during summer at least) and casting tournaments on the weekends clearly means he has no life. Why the possibility of having no life should have any impact on your opinion on the service he provides seems strange to me though.

Also, why do you guys keep mentioning the youtube... its his ustream/blip.tv page where things are really at and where they were originally. He only just recently started putting his stuff up on youtube too.

EDIT: If you guys just dont like his humor or something, thats fine... but these seem like off the wall reasons to not like him so far. "He is on too much", "He has no life", "He is like Beiber or whoever the hell that kid is" are ridiculous.
