Let's consider VOIP as an option as you join a random team.. much like a FPS game would involve.

You click 2v2 RT, you get matched and join game, immediately start talking strat in the loading screen while everyone is being sync'd. Just thinking

I can only see that going the same way that most xbox live games go with voice chat enabled, sadly :-/.
