But not too tight to hide the amount of hate she has for Tosh. Checking up on the wikia, I found out that Tosh and Nova had a little something going on, but dating within the ghost program was forbidden so he ended it. My guess is she never got over it... well, maybe, after she got her point across.

As for Dr. Hanson, isn't it safe to say that regardless of the pathing that Blizzard chooses to be the canon storyline, that Hanson is to be considered dead? If Raynor chose to save the infected colonists from the Protoss, was she already infested when she left to join the other colonists?

Heh. Actually she probably forgot him along with everything else with the mindwipe. Tragic.

    This.

Considering all ghost get 'brain-panned' on completion of the program, it's unlikely Nova would remember any important details pertaining to her past, anything between her and Tosh, or the truth concerning project 'Shadow Blade' and the Specters, other than whatever official Dominion propaganda is fed to her.

She was mind-wiped before she learned about Shadow Blade.

Although I suppose the Dominion might have mind wiped her again.

Yeah, that's a big oops on my part. I brain-farted, thinking that the events of Ghost Academy were after her basic ghost training.

So she probably has no memory of any past relationship with Tosh, but I'll wager a guess that her mind-wipe after her graduation was the only one she's gotten. We'll find out for certain when the Spectres book is out, but I'm sure whatever happens, will explain her strong desire to destroy the spectre program. And if Blizzard chooses, Tosh and the spectres may not play a part in HotS or LotV. In my opinion, I'm sure Blizzard will have Raynor choose Tosh's side. Other than being creepy/spooky, Tosh still has more credibility than some random ghost. Plus, based on Dr. Hanson's research, there's nothing wrong with spectres, and she doesn't trust Nova.

But we probably need to push this conversation back to the Doc. Anyone have any other thoughts on her?

There's definitely more to her than she's letting on.

If you already have Tosh on board and talk to him after you complete the 'zombie apocalypse' mission, Raynor will ask him what he thinks of Dr. Hanson.
He insinuates (rather unsettlingly) that she's hiding something; likely pertaining to the REAL reason the Zerg invaded the colony so quickly.

Yeah, what does he mean by "buzzin' little bees"? Why would the Zerg attack the doctor's colony? Does she already have a cure for the virus? Or... I really can't seem to place her anywhere in a spectrum from good to evil, based on what Tosh says in that line.
