Default Custom mods in single player?

One of my favorite things to do in SC1 and other RTS games is creating my own single player mod/map and playing the AI with it. Say I modified Lost Temple with all the campaign units buildable or downloaded a single player rpg map from SC2mapster or whatever, how do I access that map from within SC2? All I see are the stock maps by Blizzard... Where should I put my downloaded/modded maps so they appear on that list?

I would rather stay away from battle.net publishing.

    Thanks for your help.

Edit: Just realized for the title I meant maps, not mods. :/ Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Search in sc2mapster. They have at least the beta ones. Haven't checked since.
