Didn't like almost all of them.
Jim Raynor voice acting was great, but didn't like the character.
Kerrigan was too soft, Zerathul was also softened up.

I would vote for Mengsk, just because he is the kind of bad ass who can do whatever he likes to stay in power and doesn't care about anything else!

idk they were all pretty different but if i had to choose it would probably be matt horner because he actually seemed like he wanted to do something

I voted Raynor, but he's got more camera time, really.
If not by that, i would had voted Matt Horner, or Tychus after those.
The scene when Matt tells Raynor "no, sir, that's why i have you here" is excellent. A very natural scene with good dialogue . Is in moments like that when you feel the characters are "real", instead of just a bunch of pixels in the screen.
