Can't add any real ID friends -help-

Hi everyone I posted this in another thread but didn't get any answers, right now I'm not able to add any realID friends in any way. The space where you're supposed to write your friend's Bnet address is shadowed out and won't let me qrite on it, also I'm not receiving any of the realID friend invitations that are sent to me? Anyone else having this problem? Or know of any ways to solve it?

Did you report it to blizzard? Seems like a server issue.
