Cmon man, just accept that the only thing good about the protoss missions is the music :P

I like the voice they got for Artanis anyway. Regardless of whether or not he sounds young. (Which he did anyway, just not nearly as youthfully exuberant.)

And the missions themselves were pretty fun.
