    Dr. Narud also has a similar accent. Is this like Gargoyles where every voice actor is from Star Trek?

    I agree its a bit silly, but it is easier for actors to take jobs together because they know how each other speaks and thus, if even they're not in the recording sessions together, they can still play off each other to make the voicing more real and fluid.
