What DON'T you like about Wings of Liberty?

Most of the folks in this forum having been waiting for this game
for a long while. It's natural that we would be excited & love every
second of the Starcraft 2 experience...

But put all that aside.

What about this game could have been better?
What aspect was not fully explored?
What about this game irritates you?
What about this game infuriates you?

(It could be anything... single player or multi-)

"It took too long to come out," is not a valid response.
Neither is "I'm reserving judgment until the patches."

The game has been released... it is fully subject to criticism.
I encourage everyone to be cynical & nit-picky... just be fair.

SIDE NOTE: I would love to read Starcraft Legacy's official review
of Wings of Liberty. They've always been as unbiased as possible,
and I respect that.

lol the game has been released... its been functional on release for like a day. And you already want to people to start criticizing it? Unfortunately, I havent even had the chance to buy this game yet so I won't be able to partake in this complaining.

I already have tons of things wrong with it. HOWEVER I am really starting to enjoy it. I'm only on like the 6th or 7th mission. I'm starting to get use to Blizzard delivering a Product. I hope one day they make a jewel again like SC1 and Diablo, but I think those days are behind us. Blizzard will continue to make good games, but they will never be as mature as they should be. This will always hold them back.

Just gonna say it, the storyline is like a bad fan fiction.

I predicted the end and the whole importance of a certain character long before.
To be honest, I got bored of the story 5 missions in. I'm playing on brutal, the insane challenges are the only thing keeping my interested.

There were only like 5 decent missions, a lot of them revolved around single unit usage.
Some of them were just plain tedious on Brutal - i.e. The Last mission from the Zertaul pack.

The cinematics and transistions do not feel right at all.
Without giving anything out. One second its guns ablazing , next you're standing at your bridge and its like "Oh yah we're kewl"

The last trailer they released had more epic'ness than the entire game so far...I'm on 22/26 of the game...I hope these last 4 missions are "worth the wait".

Non-linear storyline. Reminds me of mass effect. You guys realise that more than half the cast are from mass effect too? Check them out. Which brings up another thing -- terrible voice acting, save for Horner's (Brian Bloom) and Tychus' (Neil Kaplan).

I've yet to play through the whole game to see whether the plot is up to par, but i'm about 8 or 9 missions in and nothing has pleased me. I hate that the game I love most for its story may be ruined (yeah, been through spoilers). Hopefully HotS and LotV will reveal things that'd repair this loss.

They've already ruined Warcraft Lore, they're starting to with Starcraft now. Everything's so spoonfed it hurts.

BTW I think this thread should be in the singleplayer forum, since I think to properly explain what we didn't like we'd have to talk about spoilers.

I've watched the Behind The Scenes and I've watched the Starcraft Retrospect on the DVD as well as I'm still completely boggled as to why the hell they replaced Glynnis Talken as Kerrigan.

I know it's beating a dead horse but seriously, It's the biggest f***up ever.
