Thread: Can You Run It? (spec help)

    Minimum/Maximum:
    CPU: Pass/Doesn't say for maximum
    CPU speed: Pass/Fail
    RAM: Pass/Pass
    OS: Pass/Fail
    Video card: Pass/Fail
    Free space: Pass/Pass

I'm sitting around the middle of recommended and minimum. A bit of experimenting with the settings and I should be able to get the optimum experience possible.

I'm between minimum and recommended. That test actually just made my day. I can't wait to get SC2 installed and start getting massively pwned by just about every other SC player out there.
    I cod, you codn't.

Is my comp capable of running SC2 on Medium Settings?

What the heck does that mean? For instance, I have a dual-core 2.0 GHz processor. The minimum is 2.6, but I passed that. (Apparently 2 x 2.0 GHz is 4.0 GHz, but for my computer it did not say it was rated at 4.0 GHz.)

    CPU:fine
    RAM:fine
    Graphics-card: ... sorry

That's an on-board solution from what I see. Get something like a 4670 or 5670, the 512MB goes for $90 and will run great.

I just hope your PC has PCI-e already and isn't so old that it's got AGP for graphics >.<

    Asus is giving a $30 dollar rebate on the Geforce GT240 PCI-E 2.0 1 GB DDR3 and it's $90 on Amazon.com. That's a pretty good deal for 60 bucks.
