Actually a good summary, rare that you see pro-gaming site actually do their homework. Might not help out a lot of newcomers seeing how it goes a bit fast but I think it does better than the Dominion videos.

It lacks the proper drama though. And sounds like, "hey, I'm cooler than this sh*t because I can make it look totally cheesy!"

Meh, it's a nutshell video. Theyre not suppose to be dramatic. I think it's entertaining but I could see how it would backfire on newcomers.

I for one might not buy a game bad mouthed in that way. Might, since people like that shouldn't even be listened to. I'm sorry but, I do not support that kind of approach towards anything.

The guy might think it's cool and fun, and funny, but not me. I just wanted to say that for the record.

If he makes a 5, then at least make it a summary that promotes the author's original intent. I understand youtube 5's, but man...

The video does a decent job of recapping the events of the original SC and BW. For the most part, it was alright, but the lame jokes were bleh =/. Maybe I'm biased because I don't like sites like this, but for the most part I don't like this video.

I've posted this before, in the Brood War section, but I still think it does a great recapping of Starcraft in its early multiplayer days. It covers everything from the 4 Pool to the DWeb Nerf.

Meh I didn't enjoy it. It felt like they were trying to be funny while falling short, and although I didn't find any flaws with the what they said I know someone who has never played SC/BW will not understand anything about the lore from just watching this.

Also is the whole 'SC Ghost not coming out' joke getting old for anyone else?

Original intent, ever heard of parodies bro? They kind of do the opposite for me, and get me curious in the original source material.

I can see what your getting at here, it's more like a video you wouldn't see on a professional site, more like Youtube or something. It doesn't offend me personally, but this is coming from someone who sees a lot of parody videos on his dearest childhood memories. I just have that kind of sense of humor. But I'm not going to defend this video too much, I have seen this kind of thing done way better.

It would be a real shame if this actually swayed people the wrong way in thinking the story is bad. Someone who was actually interested in SC shouldn't and probably won't go by what they see in that video.

Ever listened to that chick who does game reviews and movie reviews and make them sound pathetic and shitty? I just don't know where these people are coming from, and what they're hoping to accomplish.

It's like somebody talks trash about your favorite shirt. You don't really care what was said, but I sure would be pissed.

I'm just saying. But I've said too much already.

Should have just tweeter-ed this though.
