    Default Prospector Logann

    This guy has some similarity to Raynor, such as the barcode on the arm and the sidearm. He seems like he would have been a cool character.

    Oh, that's the dude from the manual, right? He just seems like a random background character thrown in for variety. I doubt he'll be fleshed out, unless I'm missing something.

    I believe he was an inside joke, or just a shout-out to Wolverine; given the obvious similarities and name (Logan). Also given the fact that Chris Metzen is, by his own admission a huge comic book geek.
