Is there anything in the books/lore about protoss warping out buildings? How they make the buildings in the first place?

In the Reckoning, the protoss were going to use dimensional technology to escape from Char. They had a bunch of buildings, suggesting the buildings would warp out too.
I suspect the protoss wouldn't leave their technology behind after they've either achieved their goals or had to flee; you don't see modern protoss structures on Braxis after they stole the Uraj crystal from it, right?

well answered...
The actual question is how do Protoss build their structures? Everything is warped! So, where and when and how do they build anything?

Buildings were built on Aiur (now Shakuras though). There is no lore about how they are built.
I always wondered how much the resource cost to warp a building in gameplay corresponded to the cost to warp a building. Because first they have to pay to build it, then pay to warp it in. Perhaps all Protoss colonies must pay a tribute for any buildings they warp in from the homeworld. Or maybe in lore warping-in buildings is very cheap for the Protoss (however that's possible).

It would be logical for them to re-use their buildings, as they're supposed to be ecology-friendly. They were surprised to see the Terrans exausting a planet natural resources, and leaving dead worlds behind.
Also, an Arbiter can warp a Carrier fleet to another place, without needing a "warping plant" around the Carriers. Warriors also have devices to warp them to a safe place, when they're critically wounded. So, probably they have their ways to move the buildings when they don't need to be used anymore.

Seems like we're in the same position: we don't know lots of things about it.
I used to think they warped the money to build the structure back while warping the building already built. Now if we don't have any official knoweldge I think we must ask Blizzard for it (and I hope they'll answer via Q&A batch or something). I think that starcraft holds many mysteries like this that should be solved for SC2. (I've been asking for real life unit size and statistics and things like that.)
Well, I think that's correct, seems to be the way things work with Protoss.
However an interesting question follows up all this reasoning:
We all see how lots of buildings are destroyed every time Protoss fight, so what happens to them? they seem to simply explode and stop existing, with that amount of (just as a common example) photon cannons destroyed, the production rate must be outstanding! I mean, we never see them being built, we only see them warped and destroyed, so where's the big "factory" that produces them? and what could possibly happen to Protoss if they loose it ? no more Photon Cannons for them anymore? like the Dragoons?
