Calmness is key imo. Strategy is only second-most important because if one loses his cool while executing a plan, he is in danger of making a bad decision.

I voted to keep calm as the most important thing someone has to be, since all good things will stem from that. A strategy is useless if you lock up when something goes awry. Macro is easier if you calmly remember to always be looking back at your base to make things ("hey a big battle, better make some workers"). Micro is better when you can calmly look at all your units and see which ones are in dire need of rescuing or which ones can turn the tide. APM is faster when you can let your subconscious control your actions because of how calm you feel. And good manners, well, all I have to say about that is IDrA and people realize good manners is nice, but not required at all. Everyone has a strategy though. From top to bottom every league has strategies and every player in them has strategies. It is not the strategy itself that separates the diamond from bronze it is the mechanics. A good player with a bad strategy can still beat a bad player with a good strategy.
I realize that I change my signature often. All I can say to that is: SO??? HAI FIVE!! (*・∀・)/♡\(・∀・*)
If you like anyone's post, be sure to give them additional rep.

I'm always calm, disregard APM, shun micro, let the UI macro, let strategy be, but always, and I say again, always, try to develop good manners.
Why? Because it's hard to show good manners when you do the things I do.
Therefore, for a gentleman to be truly good mannered....

their all important.. but i chose Micro because my friend and I micro battled on a melee game for fun and we found that 90% of the time the person who microed better won a fight dominantly no matter what units they had. By micro battled I mean we tried matchups like 4 stalkers vs 2 colossus and switched who was using the units every time.

I voted strategy because it is the final product, the reason you learn and get better at everything else on this list (except good manner of course), but really this is an odd poll. You absolutely must have everything here.
There probably is no "most important thing", you need all of these in balance (except perhaps good manner, thats only a nice bonus for whoever you are playing with :P)

I am an enthusiast of good strategy games, sc2Esports and rollplay, although i dont really play anything atm.
I work an internship at a government agency this fall, and have a good time at it.
I'm being more social, active and honest lately. in all forums.
