    Default Patch 17

    o 250mm Strike Cannons can no longer deal damage to hidden targets.
    o Barracks build time decreased from 65 to 60 seconds.
    o Bunker build time decreased from 40 to 30 seconds.
    o Canceling morphing Banelings now returns 75% of the cost like other morphing Zerg units.
    o Hellion range reverted from 6 to 5.
    o Reaper build time decreased from 45 to 40 seconds.
    o Zealot build time decreased from 38 to 33 seconds.

    The buffs to terran seem really fair, but protoss also got a nice buff.

    Terran's did really get buffed, the barracks and reaper changes are just them unchanging what was changed last patch and the also hellions used to have 5 range as well. I suppose the bunker build time is a buff. Also isn't the toss change also a repeal of a recent nerf?

    Yes still a buff from what it was in patch 16.

    .. So.. the best building for units in the game, and the only building terran needs to win every game vs every situation.. the barracks. is now FASTER?? Along with bunkers going back to being faster to build?? wow. Blizzard really knows shit about balance I take it.

    Guess im going back to playing terran.. even if I just instantly quit every TvT, it will counter-balance itself out because of how auto-win TvZ and TvP is.

    Reversing the reaper + barracks change and keeping reaper move speed upgrade buff could be bad though. Early game reapers might be extremely scary now, especially in the hands of a competent player. I played against somebody that was pretty bad (he had 900 minerals after like 5 minutes because he was just pumping reapers from 1 barracks, he also didnt put scv's into gas for like a minute) and he did some pretty decent damage despite poor decisions on how to control them. He ended up losing because he only had one barracks though (easy stepping stone in placement matches).

    I don't like how strike cannons are now the only siege weapon that doesn't hit cloaked units around the target.
