    Even if it's the best course of action? They are only incredibly OP in certain situations where the unit they're hitting is exactly the damage required (no overkill). Forcing the AI to overkill is another way to balance the game.

    Changing the damage can adversely affect areas of gameplay where the damage is needed, therefore screwing up a lot of other work.

    It's not dumb logic at all.

    Im serious :P

    He was joking because everyone wants the lurker and toss has been nerfed every single patch pretty much
