*strategy spoiler* How to beat 7 Insane AI FFA

This is how I did it, I beat it on the first try.

First pick terran, make all the other teams protoss. Start of just mining minerals and problary some gas aswell. But get 400 minerals ASAP to build a command center right next to one of the corners. Bring a scv to "outmicro" the incoming zealots. (you should have started building the cc before the first/second zealot is out.)
Order your second scv to attack the zealots and they will hopefully follow it. Now asap as the cc is rdy load it with 5 scv's and fly it to the top. There just tech and macro and start getting Bc's just a few ones for basic defense. It's very important to upgpraded them 3/3. (also the other islands take over them with a command center and just mine minerals and gas.

Continue to macro, and then build battlecruisers. (also don't let the computer FF when they want to, they act as good meatshields) Also use the energy since the high templars will use feedback on them. Also care for hallucinations.

Congrats...couple questions.

I assume you used Lost Temple or Desert Oasis for the custom map, right?

How many starports did you build...out of curiosity?

Once you have bunkered up on the two Island expos...do the AIs just duke it out with each other and leave you alone until only one of them is left standing? If this is the case, then I assume with no other opponents to fight...the remaining AI then zeroes in on you and your two expos...or did you have to face more than one AI?

It must be played on that 8 player map it's the only one.

I used 2 armorys and started with 3 starports. Later of I got more starports. And they will not leave you 100% alone, it seems to chose the attacker depending on your army (I wasn't attacked at all the first minutes then they just stormed in and destroyed everything.)

I thought they were going to break the rocks at the island expos and just walk up but they used warp in instead. Be ready for a lot of warpin action. (use yamato to kill warp prism and void rays) Problary the stalkers won't blink on your island.

But you can't wait to long, you should try to start to weakon them when there is at least 2 enemies left or the single player left is going to kill you. It's more of an all in attack when you really go since battlecruisers are sooo slow

(It's 7 Ai on insane all with 100% hp and at faster speed, I got no idea if it works if you set them to 50% hp or running the game slower)

Why build a 2nd cc? Just load your scv and lift-off as soon as the game start and go straight to the bottom or top island (depending on your starting position) and once you're there start teching to bc and mass them. That's what I did. I didn't even need to upgrade, I just massed 12 bc and killed the remaining bastards.

Hm, I wanted the extra gas and a few extra minerals I guess I delayed the game to much or something, but with 12 bc's I don't think I would have made it.

I tried this but I versed all zerg and I had about 20 banshees. The game lagged out because there were too any mutalisks on the screen
