Seriously why the flying **** does she have biological heels?
They're claws on the back of her feet that wind up resembling stilettos by co-incidence. I guess...

I've gotten accustomed to them. :S

The thing that bugs me is that hair. I mean jeez... talk about overkill.

Off the top of my head, there are Goliaths and all other giant bipeds as well as the Carrier that builds Interceptors on-site.
Goliaths have the benefit of sci fi fabrication where we don't know for sure what can happen when it's in the year 2500.

And what exactly is wrong with the carrier being able to rebuild interceptors without having to go back to somewhere to dock and refill on interceptors?

Kerrigan on the other hand has the same form as a normal human and unless she flies all the time, heels are not going to be helping her fight.

Having such a high center of gravity coupled with a relatively small base is almost never a good thing.

Since rather than bringing the unassembled parts with you to be built only when needed, it would be more sensible to just have them fully assembled beforehand. Whether assembled or not, the Interceptors being transported weigh the same but is less space efficient when unassembled. Moreover, the space needed to house the onboard factory could instead be used to house more Interceptors.

I agree. The only positive I see in bipedal machines (any walker, I suppose) is that they can traverse more difficult terrain, like the Colossus that can climb cliffs. But other than that, the negatives are instability, being easy to cripple, high maintenance, and high cost.

Actually, I think the Carriers in SC2 have a teleporter in them, to teleport the interceptors from a different location. I'm pretty sure I heard that somewhere. Not sure about BW Carriers, though.

Who said they DIDN'T assemble them beforehand?

I'm sure realistically the Protoss don't send their carriers into battle and THEN start building interceptors.

    That's not true:

Nevermind, I get the point you're trying to make.

Then again, having a machine which can also repair interceptors is useful.
