Email them, fax them, do what you have to do. They're slow but they should get it right. You'll get your purplz back don't worry
Make sure you provide your info in each email or document you send them and explain your situation clearly and it'll all be good.
Too bad you're wasting beta time thoughbut retail is around the corner though.

Yup I did play a 3v3 yesterday. What e-mail address should i send them my info?
Edit: I managed to reset my password since this does not require a authenticator code. It was all numerical with some letters and etc. thrown in so I doubt they will be able to guess it.
