Self-explanatory title. For me, it's a three-way tie between the 2007 Battlestar Galactica game, Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon (I've actually played it!), and CD-i Battleship.
BSG 2007 was dreck. You couldn't fly in a 3-D path, you needed mana to do a barrel roll (Peppy would get pissed real quick), all the maps were pretty much the same, filled with debris and asteroids, and you couldn't leave the sandbox.
Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon: I was real young (6) when I played this game, so all I remember about it were the cutscenes. Which I now see all the time in YouTube Poops.
CD-i Battleship: Soul-killingly boring.
