A High Templar. Obviously because they can do a lot of cool stuff. Telepathy, psicokinesis, precognition, hallucinations, levitation, all kinds of energy attacks, you name it.

Ghost couz its uber cool with psionic powers, stealth, their awesome rifle and NUKE
DT couz its more uber cool with uber strenght, awesome weapons, stealth, etc
Hydra couz imagine having the physical power to use your muscules and shoot a spine that can penetrate steel
