    Isn't it obvious?

Tassadar will use his form to guide young Artanis to a world where he will find Zeratul, so Artanis can continue his Templar training.

Zeratul has grown crazy after years of exile, but soon proves himself to still be an excellent teacher.

Artanis finds out that Jim and Selendis are moving into a trap set by Kerrigan. Zeratul warns him not to go, but he is rash and tries to save his friends.

Unfortunately, Kerrigan's plan all along has been to lure Artanis out, and convert him to the Swarm. Artanis and Kerrigan clash, but Kerrigan's psionic energies are far superior, and she cuts off one of his hands. When Artanis still refuses to join the Swarm, Kerrigan reveals, in a plot twist that will shock the ages, that she is Artanis' father.

Then, in SC3, Artanis learns that the Zerg are constructing a new Overmind. He and the Protoss set up an attack to take down the Overmind before it is fully operational. Artanis turns himself over to Kerrigan, who brings him before the Overmind. The Overmind makes Kerrigan fight Artanis, but Artanis doesn't want to hurt Kerrigan. Eventually, his rage gets the better of him, and he almost kills the Queen of Blades. However, he realizes that this is the Overmind's plan, and refuses to kill her. The Overmind then unleashes a psionic storm on Artanis, who is caught off guard. Kerrigan sees Artanis suffering, and in an act of redemption, throws the Overmind off the edge, getting caught in the splash radius and dying herself.

Then they all return to Auir, where Tassadar, Zeratul and Kerrigan (uninfested) appear next to Artanis, as the Panda Bear Guys throw a big celebration for the downfall of the Swarm.

    END.

You forgot to mention that Selendis is actually Artanis' long lost twin sister

    What about a flashback mini-campaign?

Zeratul encounters Tassadar's spirit or w/e?

I hate to deviate from Koprulu Wars, but going back to "Tassadar as an archon:" The thinking behind archons is that when two powerful protoss (templars) merge their energy it becomes too much to be physically contained. Well, what if just one protoss were powerful enough to cross that line? In those last few moments Tassadar could have gained enough power so that it couldn't be contained by a body - so he explodes into energy, becoming an archon. I still think he's dead, seeing how he not only blew up the ship he was in, but he also channeled his energy into his ship - if not killing him then and there, drastically reducing his lifespan (SC2 website says that archons radiate energy until they run out, kinda like stars).

If tassadar can remake his entrance, why not Adun too?

I think many people are forgetting the fact that Templar Archives are used to access the memories of past Protoss warriors. It could simply be something dealing with interacting with Tassadar in a Templar Archive. Theoretically, Artanis could talk with Fenix if he wanted to.

oh! is quite consistent, is the most likely
I wonder, if a spirit of Khala as Tassadar can be inserted into an immortal

I'd rather Fenix in an immortal.
