If someone doesn't have one he's doing something wrong. Someone on TL has tested it, and apparently you get one even on a new account with no games registered/no opt-in.

Yeah, from what I've gathered, it simply means that the SCII beta is an upcoming beta that will be available at some point in the near future, whether you opted in or not. We will probably see one for DIII when it comes about.

By the results of the poll, i would say that the image means jack. It's probably only an image they added to show you've opted-in for SC2 beta. Did anyone got a DiabloIII image? Probably the image appears when there's a beta for a game you've opted-in in the near future, anyways.
