The patches are only used for the specific client. EU and US clients have separate patches with different file sizes, from what I understand. I'll try it though Not that it matters since the servers are down.

I know, I was excited to see those '.ogg' files as well! However, when I try to start up the game, I STILL get the 'you are using a client version not recognised by bnet', even though I just downloaded all those patches!

New interface sounds are kinda nice.
And I have a feeling that we'll have more music. What would files named T1.ogg - T15.ogg mean? I hope it's more Terran music.
And it's about time for Protoss too.

Not-playable yet, though. Going to investigate more using Editor.

Nope. The patch notes were blank. Probably because there's no balance changes but instead under-the-hood client changes. Maybe they want some of that kept secret or maybe the patch notes will be later.

And, yes, the Protoss need more music. Could always use more Terran and Zerg themes too
