Able to download patch

For some of us who aren't in the USA but are on NA servers, this could be our last chance to play with you guys until they implement region swapping, which might take who-knows-how-long. Let's make the most of it!

No US patcher isn't up. I just tried and it sent me into the game with the error message.

I got a message saying that my client version isn't recognised by Bnet - huh?

Yep, me 2 - maybe it follows time regions ? russia furst, then ana hour later -we get it and so on .. ?

Nah, I think they just send the message to the server people to get the servers online. Whoever gets online first is who gets online first.

This is a little cheaty, and I read it on TL ...

Go to StarCraft II Beta/Support and open the file 'realmlist' then change the instance of the word 'us' to 'eu', and you can DL the patch, then change it back to 'us' when you're done .

I'm doing that and DLing now just because! .

The patches are only used for the specific client. EU and US clients have separate patches with different file sizes, from what I understand. I'll try it though Not that it matters since the servers are down.
