Kerrigan broke the cockpit of a Goliath with the butt of a weapon, right? If needed, the Ghost could grab a makeshift weapon, also, like a rock, or some piece of tubing.
I was thinking only some ghosts had that, but just checked a reference... seems they all did.

Still, Sarah Kerrigan was a stronger psychic than other ghosts, so maybe she could enhance her suit more. Then again, that psychically weak ghost in Orientation was able to push through a damaged wall...

Well Marines are so much stronger than ghosts, but ghosts are much more agile.
Ghosts are much more agile, but they're not weak either. As mentioned by Norfindel already, they use artificial muscle fibers powered by their PSI.

Yes Kimera, Ghosts do specialize in their different things, but that does not mean they don't all go through the same rigorous basic training. We have no reason to suggest that some Ghosts train in martial arts while others don't while we do have evidence to show that they train in groups/classes (SC Ghost: Nova the novel).

Plus, even if the Ghost who's fighting the marine isn't trained in martial arts Norfindel is still correct in his assertion that all the Ghost has to do is take a pipe or makeshift weapon and smash it into the marine's helmet. He also has cloak, remember?

But yes, it is a silly situation as you said. Just like having an unarmed marine fighting an unarmed Zealot.

Whoa, don't mess Terrans with Protoss...A skilled Ghost (as if there were unskilled ones) can win a fight with a Marine, but your example is just utter massacre

Just imagine sticking C4 into a watermelon

lol I was referring to that other thread...

Also, my Terran bias instantly made me see that as "sticking C14 Gauss Rifle into Zealot"

Seriously there was a thread about rine vs zlot?

And "sticking C14 Gauss Rifle into Zealot" was offensive. There are Protoss dudes present.

im surprised so many ppl voted for the ghost, marines are physically stronger and maybe faster in pure speed but ghost being lighter and quicker can be dangerous. If the they are unarmed then I would say the marine takes it, if they are armed the ghost for sure.

I suppose Ghosts are at peak of body training even excluding their suits. I guess they won't be able to tear through walls without them, but breaking an average Marine shouldn't be much of a problem.
And if Tychus ever meets a man of same size but Ghost, he is dead.

Drakolobo, Kusanagi is a complete cyborg. She changes bodies sometimes.
