It's how Zeratul dodges Tassadar's attacks. In one case, Tassadar threw a wave of three psi-enhanced punches. Zeratul couldn't dodge them all properly, but in some cases it didn't matter since he simply wasn't there.

Tassadar has an attack that other high templar don't have. I suspect this will be more pronounced in StarCraft II, which has a unit editor even better than that of Warcraft III.

Fenix has only briefly appeared in a single novel (the prologue and a flashback in Shadow Hunters). But if Fenix can fight so much better than the typical dragoon, then why can't Zeratul "psych" much better than the typical dark templar?
Dunno, I wasn't really relating Fenix to Zeratul though. I just said that we don't have much cause to believe that Fenix has abilities that are beyond a regular Zealot's. I guess I wouldn't be surprised if he did have any, but we don't know what they are.

How about Ulrezaj? His fart would destroy Zeratul half a planet away.
