Some of us don't get into hacks and what not. I'm not saying it bothers me that other folks use a crack to play vs. AI while the game is in beta phase, but I'm just not going to go to the trouble of figuring it out. I just want phase 2 to start.

I have no problems with cracked games (moral,ethical) what so ever ... but it`s just not fun - playing against AI ruins the whole game - I played vs AI before I got my BETA key ... and I was a little dissapointed of the game.You just cannot compare the expirience of the REAL battle net gaming and playing vs a computer (even for my skills as a cassual player)

I agree. I remember some dude posting a topic back in the day about how StarCraft 2 was such a disappointment and a great failure. It then came to light that he had been playing against AIs. I'd be willing to bet he enjoyed the game much, much more when he played against people

Or maybe he was just a hater lol. Either that, or narrow minded. Otherwise I don't think anyone else would have been so quick to pass judgment based on VS AI games.

I played AI's before I got my beta key. I used the AI for practice for when I finally got onto battle.net. If he was a hater, he was a member of the wrong group. I do think playing real people is better. An AI just doesn't quite match.

even vsAI the game is incredible- when I played the first time vs AI (before I got BETA) on lowest graphics settings, I was entertained for a week or two. Either I`m an obsessed zombie-fan of SC or Blizzard nailed it once again. This just might be THE NEW SC ... I mean the new best RTS Can`t imagine how anyone could be dissapointed with the game (exept for people who didn`t get the BETA :P )
